HIIT Hard Virtual Training is not your typical boxing class or your typical HIIT workout.
It’s a combination of both disciplines, that will kick your ass but leave you feeling great with a big smile on your face! Begin with either a 25min HIIT workout or 25min boxing workout, and then switch it up!
